Mother's Day 2025 - Say It Out Loud Jiji - Your Growth Plan Teen Workshop

We had the privilege to host a workshop for Say It Out Loud Jiji's teen program. Our project was based on CREATIVITY and INSPERATION. We discussed what each word meant and how it applies to our life at any given moment. Our activity was to create Mother's Day cards. We decorated a flowerpot and hand-crafted flowers to beautify the front, accompanied with a heartfelt message personally from every teen to their loved one. All I did was give them an idea of how to make some flowers out of pipe cleaners and baking cups, and they took off! Every card came out different and the ideas were inspiring! We even hosted a contest, and the winner won a gift for mom. Judging the execution, creativity, and effort given.

I think we were able to give the teens a fun and interactive activity that doubled as a thoughtful gift. I look forward to more activities like this and spread art, kindness, and love!
